Authen­tic Lead­er­ship empow­ers indi­vid­u­als on a path of self-dis­cov­ery, which enhances their inter­per­son­al skills and lead­er­ship qual­i­ties to strength­en or trans­form their communities.

In the Sig­ma Chi True North Lead­er­ship Cer­tifi­cate, spon­sored by Bill George and the George Fam­i­ly Foun­da­tion, par­tic­i­pants will learn how to lever­age their unique Clifton strengths to inform their lead­er­ship prac­tices and per­son­al and pro­fes­sion­al lives. Broth­ers explore their life sto­ries, per­son­al cru­cibles and val­ues to over­come obsta­cles that dis­tract from their true north and iden­ti­fy sup­port per­sons to coun­sel them through­out life’s chal­lenges. Par­tic­i­pants will iden­ti­fy the char­ac­ter­is­tics of authen­tic­i­ty and define what it means to live an authen­tic life with coura­geous vulnerability.
