Val­ues-based lead­ers are empow­ered with the knowl­edge, skills and abil­i­ties to make val­ues-based deci­sions through­out life as they uti­lize core val­ues to strength­en or trans­form their communities.

In the Robert E. Reif­schnei­der Val­ues-Based Lead­er­ship Cer­tifi­cate, par­tic­i­pants explore the inter­sec­tion of per­son­al and orga­ni­za­tion­al val­ues to ensure a mod­el of val­ues-based deci­sion mak­ing is used in all of life’s deci­sions. Learn­ers will ana­lyze their rela­tion­ship to indi­vid­u­als, sub­stances, and tech­nol­o­gy to enhance over­all well­be­ing. Par­tic­i­pants will strength­en trans­for­ma­tion­al lead­er­ship com­pe­ten­cies to pri­or­i­tize eth­i­cal leadership
